Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TinySteps: Baby Growth Tracker (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Description of Service

TinySteps is a baby growth tracking application designed for parents and caregivers. The App provides tools to record and monitor a child's growth measurements (weight, height, head circumference), developmental milestones, vaccination schedules, and parenting journal entries. The App also includes an AI-powered chat assistant for general parenting guidance and a family sharing feature for collaborative tracking.

Medical Disclaimer

TinySteps is designed to help you track and record your baby's growth data. The App, including its growth charts and AI chat assistant, is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Growth data displayed in the App is for informational purposes only. Always consult your pediatrician or qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding your child's health or development. Never disregard professional medical advice because of information provided by the App.

AI Chat Assistant

The App includes an AI-powered chat feature that provides general parenting guidance. You acknowledge that:

• AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate or complete
• The AI assistant does not replace professional medical, nutritional, or developmental advice
• You should verify important information with qualified professionals
• We are not liable for any actions taken based on AI-generated responses

Family Sharing

The App allows you to share baby profiles with other users (family members, caregivers). When you share a baby profile, the invited user will have access to that baby's growth data, milestones, and vaccination records. You are responsible for managing who has access to your baby's data and can revoke sharing at any time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations in your jurisdiction
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Misuse the AI chat feature to generate harmful or inappropriate content

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of TinySteps and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all personal data you enter into the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TinySteps and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, arising from your use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In particular, we shall not be liable for any health decisions made based on data or information provided by the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TinySteps regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
