Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Sketra (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Description of Service

Sketra turns a photo you provide into a hand-drawn pencil sketch using an AI image model, then teaches you to draw it yourself through a 5-step AI-generated tutorial with AI coaching feedback on your own attempts. The App also includes a Learn tab offering a fixed curriculum of general drawing-fundamentals lessons (pencil grip, shapes, lines, shading, perspective) unrelated to any specific photo.

Use of the App

AI-Generated Content

The App uses OpenAI's image model to generate sketches, tutorials, and coaching feedback based on photos you submit. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated sketches, tutorials, and feedback are automated outputs and may not always be accurate, complete, or perfectly suited to your photo or drawing
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any photo you upload for processing
• We are not liable for the content, quality, or accuracy of AI-generated sketches, tutorials, or feedback
• Photos are sent to third-party AI providers for processing, as described in our Privacy Policy

Subscriptions & Purchases

Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase, processed through the Apple App Store and managed via RevenueCat. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Prices and available plans are as displayed in the App at the time of purchase and are subject to change.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations in your jurisdiction
• Upload photos you do not have the right to use, or that depict other people without their consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Misuse the AI features to generate harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to the Learn tab curriculum, text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Sketra and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the photos you upload and the sketches, tutorials, and drawings generated from them for your personal use.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App, or any AI-generated sketch, tutorial, or feedback, will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sketra and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, arising from your use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or to us. Since the App does not use accounts, uninstalling the App ends your use of the service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sketra regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
