Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Kadoze (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Description of Service

Kadoze is a focused daily planning application designed to help people turn goals into consistent action. The App allows users to set one main goal for the day, track keystone habits, manage daily to-dos, capture text, voice, and image notes, run focused work sessions, review the day through an evening reset, and plan the next day before it begins.

User Accounts

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
• Upload malware, malicious code, or harmful content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App in a way that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law

Your Content

You retain ownership of the goals, tasks, habits, notes, media, and other content you submit to Kadoze. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, store, process, and display that content for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, branding, design, and related content, is owned by Kadoze or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the App.

Productivity Disclaimer

Kadoze is a productivity and planning tool. It is intended to support personal organization and habit consistency, but it does not guarantee outcomes, performance improvements, or goal achievement. You are responsible for how you use the information and planning structure provided by the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kadoze and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, business, profits, or productivity, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if we believe you have violated these Terms or used the App in a way that may harm the App, other users, or our services. You may stop using the App at any time and may request account deletion where account-based features are offered.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
