Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Fitfo: Workout AI Planner & Log (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Description of Service

Fitfo is a workout AI planner and training log application designed for individuals looking to build and maintain a consistent fitness routine. The App provides AI-generated personalized workout plans, exercise logging, progress tracking, body metrics monitoring, and performance analytics to help you reach your fitness goals.

Fitness & Health Disclaimer

Fitfo is designed to help you plan and track your workouts. The App, including its AI-generated workout plans and analytics, is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician or a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns. Never disregard professional medical advice because of information provided by the App.

AI Workout Planner

The App includes an AI-powered workout planning feature that generates personalized training programs. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated plans are suggestions and may not always be perfectly suited to your individual needs
• The AI planner does not replace guidance from a certified personal trainer or sports medicine professional
• You should exercise within your own capabilities and stop if you experience pain or discomfort
• We are not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from following AI-generated workout plans

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations in your jurisdiction
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Misuse the AI feature to generate harmful or inappropriate content

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Fitfo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all personal data and workout logs you enter into the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fitfo and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data or personal injury, arising from your use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In particular, we shall not be liable for any health or fitness decisions made based on data or information provided by the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Entire Agreement
